Let me do the research, comb trough the scientific evidence and get to the bottom of things. Hopefully this will empower you to decide for yourself what you want to do and take control of your life and health.

I bring you healthy, easy to make, everyday food. Fresh ingredients, and no added salt. I try to work with whole foods and avoid processed food as much as I can. I love to try new things in the kitchen, experiment with flavours and you'll soon notice I have some ingredients that I particularly like.

It’s all about taking action, one step at a time, in the right direction. But you don't have to walk alone! Challenge your friends and family to join you and make a difference! Introducing change is hard, that's why I want to create a supportive community and nurturing atmosphere were we help each other achieve our goals. on the road

My personal story about a journey towards a more balanced, healthier life. A way to experience what life has to offer while traveling, to seek the unknown and to step out of my comfort zone by integrating remote work into my life. It is a huge challenge me and Rijk took on to keep growing by experiencing new things, opening up to different people and working from countries we've never been before.. while taking it healthy of course!
